  • Spiced Dried Ponyfish is considered a dry specialty attracting diners, it is processed from fresh yellow thread fish caught all year round, through the process of seasoning with spices and blending with the aroma of sunshine, to create the most perfect and quality products.
  • The fish are selected equally, mature enough to ensure fat and sweet, then the fish is split into two spine and then drained.
  • The fish is seasoned with spices to absorb: sugar, salt, chili, monosodium glutamate, pepper according to the appropriate recipe; allowed to absorb for about 1 day and then sun-dried on bamboo-woven sheets.
