  • The freshest anchovies are preliminarily cleaned and then put into drying by a closed process, because it is an export standard product to countries such as Korea, Taiwan, etc., so the fish is guaranteed to meet the standards of clean anchovies, without any impurities or drying preservatives. After drying, the fish is put into cardboard cartons and stored in the refrigerator until the date of shipment to the market. Because of natural drying, vacuum preservation, the product can only be left at room temperature for 7 to 10 days.
